DIRE! DIRE! DIRE! Deserves minus 5 stars. Never produce the prescription on time even one week after having received it. On latest occasion say they can't deliver the prescription , give me the prescription to take elsewhere and find the prescription can't be used because they never cancelled their own. Absolute basket case! For a pharmacy, serious accident waiting to happen.

Absolutely dreadful service, every single time prescriptions arent ready even if they have them for a week, every time I go in people are complaining about the service, get your act together

Sadly the last few weeks have been characterised by a substantial drop in the service being provided by this local chemist. I have seen customers both angry and tearful as a result of inconsistent and poor customer service. Excuses include, computer failure, absence of pharmacists, it's lunchtime, as well as ad hoc notices posted on the door with no notice saying 'sorry pharmacy closed'. My personal experience includes four visits to get a one item medication dispensed and also necessitating a recall of a script in order that an alternative chemist could provide the medication required for a post operative procedure. In addition this pharmacy no longer opens on a Saturday. It is evident that the front line staff are cracking under the pressure. Is there not a minimum service level that pharmacists are required to meet before judged incapable of dispensing a viable service? Perhaps LLoyds' would comment on this failure to provide such a basic service?

Went to collect prescription 5 days after it should been ready only to be told they couldnt find it. No apology or explanation. Sent me back to the doctors to get a new prescription. Zero interest or care - its like being in a Little Britain sketch - computer says no!!
