A hidden treasure, we always come here on our holidays under strict instructions from our little one. Fantastic shop, lovely to see so many toys that aren't electronic or need batteries which are fun and educational. A definite must if you are ever in the area.

Tomi and Miss Muffin (cockapoo) are sure to give you a warm welcome into this treasure trove of a toy shop. Full of beautiful quality toys that are just not found in any high Street shops. Tomi was very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought a leters to my grand daughter book as gift, some worry dolls, anxiety relieving toys and a visual illusion .game-

What a fantastic toy shop this is!! I cannot do justice to the variety of "old fashioned" toys, puzzles, brain teasers Puddleduck has on offer. It's not very big and tucked away down a little alley called Drakes Way, which you'll find on the right hand side as you walk up the hill forming Lyme's main shopping street. The window display entices with a glimpse of the treasures within. The lady who greeted us was welcoming, warm, friendly and helpful. We bought a couple of beautiful very reasonably priced items. There is an upstairs section too, which we will be sure to go back and explore. Here's a thought: if you start buying Christmas presents early, to spread the cost and avoid a January credit card catastrophe, check out Puddleduck and get some surprising, unusual and thoughtful prezzies now. Or just treat yourself and/or the youngsters anyway. Strongly recommended.
