        You dont build up a reputation for deep local market knowledge and great transaction management overnight and MD did not disappoint. They accurately assessed the market, supported the viewings and price discussions and throughout were organised, responsive and proactive, maintaining momentum and a trusted conduit for communication. Estate agents can get a bad rap, but MD were exceptional . Very good.
