        Lovely place, friendly hosts & parking behind the property, two rashers of bacon served at breakfast ( instead of the usual one in other places).Well decorated room with a good selection of tea & coffee. The shower was nice & hot, plus there was a good selection of toiletries. River path at the bottom of the road was a useful way to get into the heart of town without too much of an uphill walk . Walkability: Path at the bottom of the road along the stream is the best way to get to the town centre, without too much of a struggle.

        Rooms: On suite. Everything you require for a few nights away. Walkability: Approximately 10 minutes easy walk to Lyme Regis. Food & drinks: Very nice, freshly cooked and great choice of breakfast.
