    Evergreen are amazing! We used to have an electric combi-boiler, it was only two years old but had never worked properly and was jaw-droppingly expensive to run. I am carer to my elderly Mum who a can be cold in a heatwave so I needed something both effective and cheap to run. I also wanted to reduce my carbon footprint so oil or gas was not an option. A friend put me in touch with Evergreen who installed an air source heat pump at the end of December. The installation did not go without a hitch as it turned out some of the pipes to my radiators were blocked. The engineers from Evergreen worked very hard to sort the problem out, indeed they seemed to be taking it personally and simply would not stop until the job was absolutely 100%. Since then my house has been warmer than ever before, my Mother is warm (almost) all the time and even though the system now runs 24/7, which I could never do with the old system, the two bills Ive had since Evergreen did the installation have been over 120 less per month than they were before. So thanks to Evergreen my Mum is warm and Im just a little bit smug!

    Shocking service. Asked for a quote mid Jan, no reply so chased in Feb. Had a site visit from Ian in Feb. Then a month went by, I chased and got a reply saying something was attached, which wasnt. I said there was nothing attached and I got a reply with the attachment in April. Reply was polite and said Please come back to me with any questions. Happy to discuss the options for as long as is required until we find the right system for you. I did have questions so asked on the day I got the quote, 12th April, but no reply again for months, so chased again beginning of June and got a few responses. Agreed to go ahead with a quote around 20th of June and told installation would be Sept. So here we are, Sept tomorrow, emailed for an update a couple of weeks ago and guess what? No reply. Guess its not going to be sept or even this year. Im glad they have so much work they havent got time to deal with their customers Avoid!

Everything from the initial phone call, the survey and the days of the works. Everything was explained and communicated to me. I had full confidence in the team throughout the whole process. Clean. Efficient. A really decent team with the right attitude. You should be proud in the knowledge that youve got really good members of staff representing your company. Proud of their work.
