Super 18th century fisherman's cottage that sits in Sherbourne Lane which is the oldest lane in Lyme. The cottage has 2 double bedrooms and one with two single beds. Steep stairs so you better be fit! Lovely sun room, just right for a sunny breakfast. The lounge still has the original cooking range which is a nice touch. Just a couple of minutes from Lister Gardens and a down hill stroll to the famous Cobb and harbour.

We have been coming to Lyme for years and know it well. This is a lovely cottage on a cute lane only a couple of minutes from the main high street, yet COMPLETELY silent (so rare these days!), apart from the occasional seagull. Having a delicious welcome pack of local food and drink plus a free parking permit for our stay were a nice bonuses. I would just say that this is best suited for a single family of up to 5 or 6, not a big group of friends. There really is only one master bedroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are basic and quite compact. Petra (the owner) was lovely and did everything to make our stay a great one.
