I always get contact from Inca straight away; They reply within the same day with anything that I need. They seem very approachable, and friendly to deal with. They understand the questions I ask and are able to answer them. Inca have helped me to understand lots of the financial side of things that I wouldn't have had a grasp of before, so some of the subtleties around VAT and CIS. They answer my questions straight away where I would have been struggling to look up the information for myself. I've only had one other accountant, when I was based in London, and I found him much harder to get hold of, and slower to respond to questions that I had. Inca are much better.

Graham and Amy have been incredibly helpful and professional while sorting out my complicated Self Assessment for the last couple of years, including an appeal with HMRC which was absolutely unexpected. Highly recommended.
