        Just had a delivery to my shop driver is extremely rude and didnt want to help unload at all and trying to make us pay to use his pump truck may as well have done it myself aswell as his lack of care for the item he was delivering he dragged the pallet across the floor ripping the wood to bits

        Just had a delivery from Beacon. Seen a few of the negative reviews and just thought I would even things up ! The delivery driver, John, was really helpful. Moved the goods on a hand pallet truck to exactly where I wanted them. Thank Heavens - they were 25kg bags. Some of the goods arrived damaged but it was crystal clear that this had NOT happened in transit. It was apparent that this had occurred prior to shipment.
