I received excellent service from Chris, from ordering my new car to picking it up, he was professional and really genuine, he kept me updated through email or phone when the car was built and in England. Thoroughly happy with my car!

This is 2nd time Arbury has upset me so cancelled not going to this garage ever again 1st time on 308 said it would be ready 12pm went back at 3pm the sorry come back tomorrow so returned 10am and kept use waiting till 11 30 am and this sent me a text with a link to confirm repair details and check your vehicle in when ibook I booked it in 2 weeks before how to wind customers up so rang them and cancelled thank Arbury

Went to look at the Seat Arona. Connor was really personable, friendly and down to earth. No pushy or rushed sales pitch or irritation at any questions. Their motability options are available to look at and test drive etc just like any other lease or sale and staff are just as happy to help you make all the arrangements. Autism friendly, patient, accommodating, you couldn't really ask for more. There was a problem with the first test drive booked because the car had been needed by a local customer in need of an emergency courtesy car and they had stepped in to help without realising we had booked a fairly last minute test drive... But they were so unreservedly apologetic and to be honest it was really nice to see that they had been so keen to help a customer in need.. we couldn't hold it against them at all.
