Recently purchased a car for off them and the staff at CCC have been nothing but kind and helpful when a problem arose they were quick to send someone to collect the vehicle from London back to Birmingham to get the issue solved quickly I strongly recommend this dealership as theyre one of the few kind and helpful ones out there left

Went over to look at a specific car we had seen. Staff were extremely helpful and allowed us to look around the car in our own time (I am not a fan of pushy salesman) and they were not at all. Answered the questions I had and I felt reassured by the pre-delivery checks on the car. Would recommend

Bought a Mercedes from here last month and I have had a fantastic experience. Really quick handover and they sorted everything ASAP with external finance, collected the car and was over the moon. Had a small problem with the car and was told to bring it back straight away for the issue to be fixed - even though it was a Bank Holiday! Was given a gorgeous Evoque as my courtesy car for the few days my car was being sorted. I was also given some Mercedes mats for my vehicle completely complimentary. Darren and Alex are fantastic and can get hold of them night or day for any questions or updates if needed. Buying a new car is always worrying but I have had complete reassurance from Compact Car Centre and have always been treated with the utmost respect. Darren is also hilarious and is a pleasure to talk to! When im ready for my upgrade I will be coming straight back!

Brought a car last year and less than 24hrs of buying it I asked if I could return it as there was a noise when turning left. I was told that I couldnt return it because I signed the paperwork at the dealership even though I thought I had a 14day guarantee which I thought you had with all cars. After the owner said I couldnt return it I noticed that the car had 4 new doors, new bonnet, new bumper, new side panels which had all been re sprayed. I took it to 2 different garages to be checked and they both said that it looked like it had been involved in a crash which the owner denied. I then went to the seat garage to check the vehicle and that came back with loads of negatives. After 6 long months of hassle I finally got the ombudsman involved and the car has now gone. Also the finance that they went through because my credit score isnt the best was a company called close brothers, AVOID they are also shocking. None of this is a lie, yes the car was inspected ONCE and the guy from CLOSE BROTHERS (which if you go on the reviews of that company you will see complaints like mine) didnt notice the fault. So I then took the car to seat garage and they found the fault. Also I wasnt shown any marks on the car actually and I didnt see any because both times I saw the car it rained which I now know not to buy a car in the rain. You sold me a car for 10000 which wasnt even worth half that.
