        Ive visited this shop over the last 20yrs when ever ive needed something that little bit special to wear for a special occasion .. The gentleman that serves me is always polite and willing to listen as well as give me a few ideas on the ideal outfit. im never rushed or pushed into a sale which is why myself and a few of my close friends and family have used his first class service over the years its a shame when people leave negative reviews when clearly they have never used this business .. None of my friends or family have had a bad word to say or had cause to complain Thank you for years of great service and quality

        Always planned on visiting this shop as I've driven past it for years. Unfortunately the shopkeeper is extremely rude and throughly unprofessional. Would not recommend this store based on the approach to customer service alone. The gent's telephone manner is appalling, combative and very unwelcoming. Best avoided...

        Fantastic experience at Fred Smith in Lye. I went in for a new shirt and the gentleman couldn't have been more professional. Fully measured me, fitted me with a lovely new shirt and outstanding quality. I will be using the shop again and again from now on.
