A total bad job all round. Had to take it back 7 times within the 12 months 12000 mile guarantee. Now after 25000 mile the engine needs replacing. UPDATE The VW t5 4motion AXD engine has now been stripped and the true picture of this engine has come to light. Only 1 of the 5 cylinders was relined cylinder 4 failed. All incidences happened within the 12months 12000 mile guarantee.The vehicle at present has done less than 25'000 miles in 5 years as noted by the MOT. The engine sold to me was not Remanufactured as stated, It was not Reconditioned it was a Repaired engine. The engine misfired when collected and did not run properly and was returned to you 6 times until it's ultimate failure after 7 months thus it was returned 7 times. During this entire time the speedometer and telemetry ran 8% under. If you wish to dispute these facts I willingly accept any court date to provide all evidence to you. Adam. Happy to take your order and your money. Had to call them almost weekly to find out any information and to be updated. Constantly told that staff were off sick or on holiday. They sent a "reconditioned engine" to my local garage, after install it was clear something was not right. I offered to send the whole van down with engine, they did not want this. Engine rebuilt but not tested, they said they couldn't test without the van, which they had refused to have sent to them. Arranged for van to be sent to them. Weeks later, still having to call them for updates as they don't seem to be able to make calls to their customers, being told its this part, that part that's wrong, it needs to go for testing elsewhere. Lots of excuses and no results. Decided to go and see the operation for myself, not the most professional looking outfit, be sure to do due diligence in future. Lots of bits missing from my van that were on it before it was sent to them. Under tray missing, pulley and belt covers missing. Unsuitable battery that doesn't hold charge as opposed to the fairly new battery I had put in. Van idled OK when it eventually started. Unable to run it under revs or drive it as they hadn't put the lights or bumper back on. Van electrics have also been put back incorrectly. Van delivered back to my garage to undergo MOT, driven off trailer and sounded TERRIBLE once under revs and in gear. Several calls from myself and mechanic at garage which have been left unresolved. Been told several times the owner will call, eventually find out the owner is Alis dad after he has told us several times that he (Ali) was indeed the owner. Cowboys and charlatans. Avoid! Replies and tells lies about not being paid! Invoices and bank statements from my side tell a very different story.
