Truck-ER is the place to go for your tipper beds, I travelled 240 miles to have them do my truck, Im very happy with the job, Paul was a pleasure to deal with and kept me updated regularly, Martin and Bee completed the truck to a very high standard they went above and beyond what I expected and I cant thank them enough, il be promoting you to everybody, thanks again Service: Body & Trim

We dropped off a brand new Iveco late march 2021 to have a custom tipper made and we finally took delivery of a completed vehicle today 24/08/21. We were promised several completion dates from the 19th of April a couple of dates in May, three dates in June, up until the 14th of July which was when the sva took place. We were then told that there was about 2 days the work left. Putting a towbar on and lights, in the end it turned out to be the 24th of August another month later!!!! We were also made to pay up the full amount before work commenced and were told that if we didn't it wouldn't be completed by the end of April. So so we paid the 6,500 late April 21 I am now 5 finance payments into the vehicle and it hasn't earnt me a penny.... Yes you read that right 5 monthly finance payments!! The saddest thing about this story is that the finished product and the quality of workmanship is EXCELLENT see pictures The biggest problem is the owner of the company... Paul, he makes that many false promises it's unreal. The worst bit is when you pick him up on these lies he then becomes aggressive and blocks you and won't speak to you again. The important thing here is that when you're in business you must be transparent. Sometimes you have to give bad news and tell customers that things are late. But you can't keep promising things and not delivering.... This year is extremely difficult for sourcing items all businesses are finding this. But transparency is important. There are several reviews the same as this and I have waited until completion of the job to make my review. These all appeared whilst our vehicle was in. Luckily they have Matt in the office who can tell the truth. And is able to liaise with customers. Matt is relatively new to the company. But if you decide to use the company deal with him. My overall review would be, that its a shame that's a company with such a quality workmanship has such bad customer service... Service: Body & Trim
