        The centre could not do the aircon regas that had been booked and paid for on-line as it was new gas that they couldnt deal with. Brusquely told by the guy behind the desk that I would have to phone head office and get a refund. No attempt at apology or assistance in resolving the inconvenience. Very unprofessional - suggest you use the ones with kwiker fitters. They sorted me an appointment for the next day and did the job promptly and politely.
