        I just spoke to doctor Ahmed he is arrogant and disrespectful when I ask him to book me another appointment he said he is not receptionist very very unhelpful he should not be a doctor

        It would be one but Dr Daniel who has left the practice now looked after my parents for many years. He always went the extra mile and gave them as much time as he could. Dr Price on the other hand did not treat my Dad with the time, respect and care he deserved when he was having a mental health crisis. I felt very let down by him and the Paramedics that came out at the time. The phone system is also ridiculous. It just rings out forever! Why don't they have a queuing system like everyone else? Craig the Paramedic is fantastic! Carers are important too and he recognises that.

        Rude staff, unprofessional and abrupt no customer service skills what's so ever.. Absolutely ridiculous! I've been calling for days no answer been waiting on the phone 20 minutes.. you are letting your patients down by not allowing us to even book an appointment with a doctor..no online access either to book an appointment anymore.. absolutely appalling. On the other hand DR PRICE IS AN AMAZING DOCTOR.
