Empire Sheds

Spent nearly a 1000 on a shed. Took two weeks for delivery. Estimated date 10 th did not arrive. No email with dispatch or any update on delivery. One man delivery so had to help him unload the shed . Then to be told a roof panel was missing. After the driver reported it was told 24 hours . Nope nearly a week for the shed company state the peice been delivered. Well no it has not. I bought through wayfair and they have been useless too. Please don't waiste your money or time

We took advantage of a special winter offer and purchased a 7x8 pent summer house type shed. Delivery was excellent and the driver very helpful and placed the various pieces safely for us. It took awhile to find someone to erect it but we we lucky as our loc gardener/ handyman Martin had worked locally for a shed manufacturer. He was impressed with the quality and soon had it set up. All the pieces plus screws etc were there. He was surprised that real glass was pre installed adding to the quality. Its now in place and looks great enhancing our garden. We will use it for potting but really its very multi purpose.

Had reservations about ordering based on previous reviews but they turned out to be unfounded. Delivery at 8am on the day it was supposed to be delivery driver was helpful and unloaded into the back garden. Building the shed was super easy instructions were very clear and shed was up within the hour all sides were measured and built perfect came with more screws than were needed and lots of ironwork all in all absolute bargain for the money. Super impressed and will be purchasing again.

Customer service was spot on! Summer house delivered a week to the day of ordering . Built easily with instructions given, looks amazing and well built .

Wish I could quote on the quality. I won't be able to. Saw an Empire product advertised on ManoMano. Price seemed great, placed an order and paid, only to be told days later that there was a pricing error, they won't honour the mistake and cancelling the order. Terrible service by ManoMano and Empire Sheds. I'll go elsewhere. Only rated one star as couldn't rate lower.
