Started using Pochin Stourbridge again recently for my materials after being let down by another Merchant during peak winter. A1 service provided. Great customer service and awesome price to match

After a massive struggle to completely fit our new home with radiators & get delivery we finally had a builders recommendation of pochin in lye. On a tight budget & deadline I needed a company that could provide everything & quickly. Wow I made a call and within 1 hour I had my full quote & trust me the price was fantastic ( other big named companies were charging double in price) I went into store the next day to finalise my order & wow again they could deliver the next day!!! I cant thank kiran enough for the quick response & also the gentleman who placed my final order he was so polite & very understanding when I needed to order extras that I didnt know the word for & amending the extras I needed! Absolutely fantastic service & we have already given another tradesman the details of pochin!

Tried calling and somebody answered then put the phone down straight away, then when I tried calling back, several times, nobody answered.
