Only been here a few months but really enjoying it, never thought I'd be motivated to do anything after being at work all day but I'm always looking forward to the next training session. Everyone is happy to help and the training itself is taught/explained really well so we get the best understanding possible. Cant praise it highly enough.

Amazing gym! Been at Urban Prospects MMA for about a year now, joined when i was 15 and felt very welcomed by the insturctor and everyone else there great gym and would definitely recommend.

I was not initially sure how long I would train here, as it is a 50 minute round trip by car, however I tried the free tasting session, and I have now been training here for just over 8 months, with no intention of stopping. Kass is an amazing coach and has a no BS approach to training. He teaches techniques that actually work based on his wealth of experience as a pro fighter. All levels are welcomed, and the classes allow you to learn at your own pace. Nomatter your goals, whether that is to fight, or just to better yourself, you will not find many better coaches to get you there.

After becoming disillusioned with a previous MMA gym and beginning to lose the love for the sport, I was lucky enough to come across Urban Prospects, which reignited my passion and more for the sport. I have now been training here for over 18 months and could not be happier. The quality of coaching from Kass is levels above anything else I have ever experienced or received from any other coaches in the past. He has a vast wealth of knowledge in an array of martial arts and is able to convey that knowledge and teach in a way that is so simple to understand and implement. With the ability to easily adapt sessions or his coaching style to suit the class or the individual. All members of the gym are incredibly welcoming, patient and helpful, with absolutely no egos (which is rare to find!). Many of whom I am now lucky enough to consider as good friends. I can't recommend Urban Prospects enough as a truly exceptional place to train. Whether you are just looking to get a little fitter, learn a new skill or you have aspirations of being a fighter, Kass and Urban Prospects are the best choice you could possibly make!
