        Top quality garage shelving with a fast delivery service! Very pleased with how easy and quick it was to assemble the shelving units. Also surprised by the variety of size options available. Will be using this company again for sure!

        Appalling customer service. I ended up with the wrong product which I don't believe was my fault. But agreed to return at my cost and even then they said they would charge me a fee for returning. Their website says 'Buy with Confidence' which is totally untrue.

        Ordered an item marked as 'In Stock' on their website, delivery was supposed to be 5-7 working days. 8 days later I chased to ask where it was, apparently they were out of stock with a supplier and it would be another three weeks before delivery. Nobody at Workplace Products thought it might be good to tell their customers?! Needless to say I've cancelled my order and purchased from someone else. -Update: A few weeks later they then have the audacity to send me an invoice for the products they failed to deliver! Avoid at all costs.

        Do not use this company. Delivered sudstandard, broken, shoddy equipment. Because we hadn't unpacked it straight away they refused to replace the broken pieces. Wasn't after the whole thing being replaced just the broken parts. If you are foolish enough to use this company, make sure you keep the delivery driver waiting whilst you check every individual component of the shoddy product that you have purchased. You can then send it straight back with the delivery driver and save yourself a load of trouble. Had to give them one star so i could post the review, however they don't deserve it!!
