This is the worst doctor around. DR S Gupta. This bloak is a complete ignorant and a unprofessional Doctor. He wont even listen too you and will talk over you when you want to tell him something. I told him my issue hes refused to give me any medication because hes saying he can only give somthing temporary for Insomnia, but yet told me to go buy medication over the counter . And the guy is trying to refer me to other departments. CQC needs to be notified about this practice. Lack of care for patients

This is the worst doctors around,He never listens to anything you have to say.He will talk down to you when you break down about your mental health and then tell you to be quiet and put the phone down,this man doesn't deserve his job,This surgery needs to be closed,Dr prashara was fantastic but the new doctor is an absolute joke!

I find the staff Rude and the nurse is condescending They let the phone ring without answering, its gone down hill since dr devna and her father left Glad to leave this practice

So disappointed with the surgery, since Dr P has left the surgery has been run down. Appointment availability is out the window,the new receptionist team worst ever known ONLY there to earn wages not bothered about patience wellfar. You can constantly call, the fone will ring out there don't bother answering and when it is answered no appointment available and ur asked to call back later and this is on going story for weeks. ALL THE BEST TO PATIENCE WELLBEING
