Im currently stood in Rominos as I type this we put an online order in through the app, which said we should pick up in 15 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes later, and Ive been stiff for another 30 in the store waiting for the food. Nobody has apologised. In fact, they didnt seem to know what I had ordered. Im sure the food will taste lovely, which is the only reason theyre getting 1 star. No communication, no apologies, and so far, no food.
