I'm originally from the Forest of Dean and come back regularly. Mark is sos good at what he does and he and his Wife are so pleasant that I wait until I a in the Forest to have my scooter serviced or buy and disabled products. Excellent service. Am a retired Widow so often telephone Mark if I have any issues due to my disability and he always comes up trumps. Thanks Mark.

Excellent service with a smile! A lovely friendly, helpful shop, definitely recommended. I needed an inexpensive wheelchair suitable to fit in the back of my car so that I can get my 95 year old mother out and about, and Mark found just the right one for us. It's comfortable for her, folds down easily, and will give her much more freedom without costing a fortune. Thanks Mark!

First Class Service. Was in the Forest of Dean for a few weeks stay and my scooter would not charge. Another shop wanted me to pay nearly 100 for a new charger but a friend of mine told me to try Mark, in Lydney. He told me to bring the charger and battery into the shop. If there was something wrong with the charger he would charge the battery for me so that I could stay mobile (due to messing about with the other shop, I had been immobile for quite a few days). He discovered that the batteries were flat and replaced them for me - he checked it over and noticed that a fuse had gone too. All this was done in record time and I wish I had come to him first. It was obvious I was dealing with not only someone very professional, but someone kind, who actually cared about people and determined that I would be mobile as soon as possible with minimal fuss. I am retired and Widowed so not sure if I will be able to manage to come again. Having been born and bought up in the area, I really wanted to visit old haunts and take photographs. Thankfully I was able to stay another week, if the other shop had been my only port of call, I would have had to return home without valuable memories. Many thanks Mark.
