        Great service from ETB especially Justin ? Was down on holiday, suspension spring snapped on my weimaraner taxi lol RAC drove with me to ETB in Lydney after calling ahead for me. They were closed by time we got there (which we were aware of) Justin was on his way home, saw the RAC.van and about turned to pass on much needed information. Service was 1st class and can't thank everyone enough for the care and the service shown. You went above and beyond to help. Many thanks from Scotland!

        Very bad experience with them. Booked an MOT test, I tell the receptionist the tip of the car I give them all the information and all was OK until I arrived for MOT and they realised that they don't MOT for this tip of the car and now I'm put in a difficult situation because the car is my business and in a few day's I'm not able to work. So for me was a very bad experience and I will not try this service again.
