You won't get better service anywhere. Angharad, Joe and their team are hugely knowledgeable and provide excellent customer care. We hired a hot tub as complete novices and they made the experience so easy, straight forward and enjoyable. Couldn't recommend them more highly and I wouldn't go anywhere-else!

Absolutely fantastic service I ordered my hot tub and had it delivered and installed in just one week. All the staff from sales to installation have been so helpful and friendly, genuinely a brilliant service and great people. Thank you

100 % the most well deserved review I have written up to now, we had the team install a rental hot tub, formally known as Frank. My children turned into fish they had the best time. The team let my 2 girls get involved in helping set up, even though they was probably in the way, it didn't stop them from being amazing, I'd actually hire them as baby sitters and we don't let anyone look after our kids it was supposed to be collecteded on the Friday but we was allowed to keep it over the weekend as the weather was beautiful. I really couldn't recommend hot tubs rock enough

I have used this company maybe 5 times (probably more) over the last few years. They are fantastic from enquiry to delivery, I cannot fault them! My go to for hot tub hire. Angharad answers all questions I had quickly and the guys who deliver and collect the tub are brilliant! I cannot say enough about this great company, keep doing doing you do. I always have a solid tub, these are great! It's like having a hottub without the hassle.they make I so easy for you. They send a helpful video should you have any queries, this answers majority of questions. Thank you team hot tubs rock!
