Rachel Shilston - Inspiring Creativity

Rachel is an excellent teacher and has created an amazing studio. Lots of great courses available and you cant help but return over and over again.

I came across the workshop online at 8am and was surprised to find some available slots. Joined the 11.00 group.I arrived slightly early and was warmly welcomed by Rachel, the previous class just finishing, I was able to peruse the shop and ideas of finished artefacts. The room is spacious and well laid out , all amenities to hand. The group consisted of children and adults (6 in total) the delivery of instructions was done in a manner to address all. We had half an hour planning the design and cutting the mosaic before gluing it onto the mdf base. Materials / instructions were given to complete grouting once dried. I ran over he time slightly however was not rushed into finishing. I would certainly recommend to all ages and genders. I would have expected to pay more for such a great introductory experience. Had a wonderful time at Rachel's studio, such a brilliant space of creativity for anyone and everyone. Rachel is such a friendly and inviting person and will help teach and inspire you with your mosaics. There's so much choice available, it is definitely a place you will want to return to once you've been! Thank you Rachel

Just attended the tiling taster and it was great. Rachel is very helpful and friendly. Her artpieces are wonderful. I would totally recommend her workshops!

We did Xmas tree workshop last week and it was lovely relaxing morning. Rachel welcomed and ensured we settled down giving several advice and instructions. There were lovely display of all mosaic items created as well selling items. I would recommend you have a go or pop over.
