        We felt they had no interest in selling our property. Only 1 genuine viewer in 3 months! The staff didn't appear to talk to each other, when we returned their calls the person we spoke to didn't know who we were or our property.

        Joanna Owen- Lettings- Attempt to contact her to arrange a viewing on two properties, waited days for a response and when received it was poorly worded and unprofessional. I then responded to her email and chased up and was ignored. I understand there is a large amount of renters going for one property at times, however I dont believe that is an excuse to not value their business. Im sure if I was a landlord looking to let my property, I would be treated better.
