        My opinion of whoever owns this Company is, quite frankly, unprintable! When someone did eventually call round to have a look at the work required, they spent a very short time here, not bothering to take any measurements, let alone look closely at what the work would require. After waiting two more weeks for a promised phone call to give me a quote, when I rang yesterday I was told that they would ring me last night - of course this didn't happen - what an absolutely disgraceful way to treat potential customers. It begs the question why this firm is still in business. Begrudgingly I'm giving one star simply because I can't continue with this review otherwise. Madeleine Deeney
