Although having had good experience of D&D in the past, our most recent experience has been appalling. None of our instructions were followed, the other sides' solicitor was ignored, and when we chased we were made to feel that we had no right to question progress. Thankfully our buyer was extremely determined and patient, and we got there in the end. This very simple transaction should have been quick and easy, but D&D made it feel like pulling teeth. We will not be using them again.
