The sensors on my gates have broken and so my gates are useless. I have been quoted 250 callout charge to look at them or a recommendation that I go elsewhere!! I cannot recommend TPS

I have recently purchased a 12 metre sliding gate from TPS the whole transaction was a pleasure and my site is now secure. Excellent office team backed up with some cracking engineers. Looking forward to receiving my new doors soon!

I really cannot fault Tps gates. Perfect installation and after sales service is the best Ive ever experienced. Always on hand to answer any technical questions and although I had a few running in problems with the gates, they were sorted almost straight away. Ive used Tps for additional works for the gates since the installation. David Price

Really unhappy. Gates not working properly and asked TPS to fix them. They kept sending engineers who couldn't fix the problem, then charged me for each ( incompetent) visit rather than for the job as a whole. To add insult to injury sent a horrible threatening letter after I had paid - didn't want the hassle of disputing their charges but KNOW I was massively overcharged.
