1 st class service from Ross. I have a removal business in Gloucester so having the van working is obviously paramount. I took the van to him ( on a Sunday as well) and he had it remedied in an hour. A broken tail lift is no fun!! Ross knew exactly what to do. Thanks again, and thank you for the early morning Sunday slot, I can get back to work now and put the Nurofen away! Cheers Paul

My experience of this company was that they were always prompt and reliable and offered a first class service in an industry that requires only the best levels of service. Great job.

I am the hire manger at fiveacres vehicle rental. We have used south west tail lifts for many years and have always received a excellent service no matter what time of the day or night and no matter where in the country. I would not use anybody else. When ever i have a problem with one of my many tail lifts i ring del or ross and they are there straight away. 10 out 10 for service and price.
