Went there for a haircut saturday at 11am, and the door was closed even tho on the table says open till 2pm!

Really unhappy with our visit to reflections. I had rung the day before to ask if there were any hairdressers that specialise in curly hair as my daughters is very thick and curly the receptionist said yes I had asked if they had the equipment to manage her wild hair. We arrived in the morning and I explained what I do at home before hairdresser started. Firstly she combed my daughters hair from top to bottom DRY!!! whilst ripping into the ends which resulted in my daughter crying in pain, not much reassurance was given. I had told her that this is not the way to manage such curly hair, and that I will not be doing this at home after her trying to convince me this is the way to do it. I felt that I was not heard at all. After she washed it she cut her hair but I felt she was not confident in what she was doing. A very bad experience and will not be attending this hairdressers again. Do not say that you specialise in an area that you do not know much about.
