Cant get an appointment even in a emergency you ask for a prescription you might get it a week better plus most of the doctors got the qualifications out of a certificate

Everytime I've rang at 8.30am in the morning first thing it's always the same answer "we have no appointments available, call back tomorrow." would not recommend.

We rang on 28th Dec. Their entire phone/internet and computer systems were down and I was on hold for over an hour queueing, BUT when I got reception the lady was efficient and honest. She understood our concerns for our son and told us that the Doctor would call at some point later in the day. Dr Shahid rang at 1.30pm she was attentive and kind and prescribed our son antibiotics to treat his chest infection after we gave her, at her request, a detailed description of his symptoms. I cannot fault the service and I think we as patients sometimes need to take into consideration the pressure these guys are under particularly during the winter months.
