My elderly mum told me that she hadn't had her regular TV guide delivered, although the shop's records showed she had. Caroline, who answered my call, checked everything out for me, made sure that there was a spare copy available, and offered to deliver it personally later today. If that's not first class customer service, I don't know what is! Very impressed.

Extremely rude older lady staff member with very short hair Arrived to her standing in front of the door smoking blowing cigarette smoke inside the building and had to practically squeeze past her to get inside which must have annoyed her somewhat, as when I went to leave the store she was walking towards the till in the wrong direction to the marked arrows blocking my route. As I was then forced to go the other direction to now adhere to social distancing she loudly began to shout at me without wearing a mask on for going the wrong way myself. When I explained that she made me take that route as she was blocking the marked direction she muttered something extremely rude under her breath! Shame as there is another staff member who is absolutely lovely its a shame she is let down so massively by this nasty staff member.

Ok shop offering a big selection of magazines, drinks, sweets, tobacco, lottery and other items. Its not the cleanest I would say and staff range from very friendly to just obnoxious and rude but it does what it does. There is even a collection place here which is convenient
