Awful and snotty staff do not bother. Just nasty and inappropriate! they do not want your donations unless you have things worth thousands to give them! See Age UK CEO salary 190,000 Jonny Towers not very charitable then!

Great charity shop, always clean, tidy with lovely window displays. Friendly welcome, with nothing too much trouble for the customers. Great staff who do a great job, making it presentable. A valuable lifeline for the volunteers and visitors to the shop. Full of surprises. You never know what bargain you will find!!
