I had my whole house windows replaced by equinox. The whole team from office staff to fitters have been amazing. They have done a superb job and were 100% reliable and tidy and left my home immaculate each time they finished for the day. My new windows look amazing & couldn't of wished for a better team that did all the work. Thankyou equinox xxx

We've used Equinox twice now, both times - it's been "hard work". First time was for an insurance job due to a break in. Multiple site visits to even get a quote, then multiple engineers, visiting on multiple days over the course of many weeks to do parts of a job, or fixing things not done properly (Door locks missed from the quote, and hinge for soft close, which still isn't working to this day). There was also damage to our internal walls which we had to fight to get resolved. They fixed it out of good will, yet accepted no responsibility. Second time, we got them to quote for another job (recently). We asked for a simple job, replace locks on one door, and install two new locks on another - same story. Quote given was for only half the job after the price looked far too low - and now we're awaiting a revised quote. Why couldn't it all just be done once, and done right! Hence me leaving this review. Clearly no information is passed from quoting to engineer, resulting in a complete lack of attention to detail, and a waste of my staffs time having to constantly chase and query quotes provided. Standardise your quoting process, get the engineer quoting to do the actual work, and put KPI's around single touch site visits. Those three actions alone would greatly improve your business and vastly improve the customer experience. Unless changes are made, we won't be using or recommending Equinox again.
