        Awful place , absolute rip off merchants! Don't have a clue how to service machinery!! The worst , and charge the earth . Use Master Garden Machinery! , it's in the toomers garden centre , check the reviews!!! Leagues ahead of walfins and all other repair places.

        Phoned to see if they had a belt in stock. Said they would phone me back in the morning and they did. Great service.

        Happy to take your money and all over you like a rash when spending.. Anything after that for service, aftercare or follow ups forget it.! Can't be bothered manager and poor customer care and just abissmal rude attitude

        Disappointed with Walfins General managers attitude and response today when I went in there to get a chain saw sharpened which I had purchased from them with other machinery originally when he told me he was short staffed and he could do it but didn't want to because he didn't want to leave the showroom despite there were no other customer at all and repeatedly told me to go to Rapid hire.Wonder if he would be more helpful if I was attempting to make a larger purchase !.Which i will do else where in the future.
