Gorge was amazing well worth the trip but the cafe at the waterfall was closed with no notification on web site and the cafe at the other end, well service was appalling, sooooooo slow, very little choice and felt they just wanted you all to go so they could close up.

Lovely tea room situated on the Gorge walking route. There are two cafe's one at the waterfall carpark and one at the Devils Cauldron car park. We parked at the Waterfall CP but walked (2miles) to the other CP following the Gorge route (which is great fun but you need good walking shoes with grips as can be slippy) The caf at the Devils Cauldron CP is bigger and better stocked. They also had better free from options so I was able to have dairy and egg free bakes and my daughter had a couple of gluten free options - that said, a lot of the GF options had sold out so be warned as its a popular caf. Pretty picnic area with plenty of seating and you can sit inside too - not sure if dogs were allowed inside as it was a nice day and daft to sit indoors.
