Renovating our first home, Kris came out and did a great job replacing hinges, handles and locks on the windows. Would recommend.

Friendly and honest family run business. I had two doors repaired after being told elsewhere that they would need replacing at 10X the cost. They are now fixed perfectly! Would definitely recommend and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The front door locking mechanism of one of our BTL properties had 'failed' and the door could not be opened.Kris was able to dismantle the door locking structure etc and restore it to full working order without the need for any replacement locks, parts or new keys. As I needed to be present at the time he arrived, Kris was as good as his word and gave me at least a 30 mins 'heads up' as he was finishing his previous job and I was able to meet him at the property. I would thoroughly recommend him and his services and will certainly use him again.

I had several blown windows replaced by Kris and cannot recommend him highly enough. I thought the whole conservatory would need replacing but it now looks good as new. Kris arrived on time, finished the job quickly and left no mess at all. Price was lower than I was expecting too. In short if you have blown windows look no further than Property Paramedic.
