Staying at Pobble House is a unique experience. You're living in one of the most beautifully-designed contemporary homes in the UK in the centre of the eerie surroundings of Dungeness - a shingle desert with the most wonderful walks, a truly outstanding nature reserve, a miniature railway to transport you to nearby civilisation - and a nuclear power station dominating the landscape.

A truly unique home in a beautifully surreal location. I cannot recommend this place enough. The light pouring through the enormous windows is simply stunning. We were lucky enough to experience a very mild day for February so could brave opening the sliding doors. Even when the weather took a turn for the worse during the rest of the weekend, we enjoyed staying cosy by the log burner and watching the weather whirl around us. A fantastic destination for a weekend of escapism. The owner Rachel is very helpful and welcoming too. Stay here - you won't regret it.
