Great place for an extended family get together. About 23 of us and it's the perfect size for that. Everyone enjoyed the games room and the hot tub is great. Plenty of parking and close to the river and walks. The fact that you have your own bar and plenty of glasses and a pub sized kitchen and dining room is just brilliant. Yes it's close to a road as someone stated, but most pubs are, and there is a fence with a gate for keeping dogs and kids enclosed
