        Large queue. When I was finally served , they wouldn't do what I wanted them to do even though I had id. I have done exactly the same at 3 other post offices in the past , with the same I.d but had no problems. Luckily they aren't my usual post office as they are very unhelpful. Would have given zero if I could.

        Dont deserve one star! More like minus! Very rude, impolite, not at all helpful, serious attitude problem, absolutely disgusting behaviour, no people skills whatsoever. Should seriously consider a different job, as you obviously cant cope with the one youre doing!

        EDIT: I believe this branch is now under new management. My review below pertains to the previous regime, so I'll update when I find out what things are like now. Appalling service. The cashiers are laughably surly and unhelpful. I realise dealing with the general public is not the easiest or most rewarding of roles, and I could certainly forgive the staff being irritable with the worst of their customers, but these people are unvaryingly unfriendly with everyone!
