A great pharmacy with helpful and very friendly staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Website says the shop is open until 5 on a Saturday but it was closed by 3!! Had to travel to Rugby then

In over 40 years of my family using Fortnams never have I expereienced in my life what I did yesterday. Due to no longer being able to drive and other family member who collects my prescriptions having been involved in an accident and in plaster due to breaks I was informed it would be no trouble at all to have prescriptions delivered by the delivery team. Cutting a long story short the young lady was going back and forth to the pharmacy team at the back passing on the information. Little did they know that not only could I hear everything which was being said I heard what was extremely unprofessionally behaviour of personal comments made about my family and myself. I was informed point blank in the end Fortnums had made a decision no support would be offered in terms of allowing medication to be dropped off on the weekly run despite the delivery team driving right last my property! The service was wicked and deeply upset me as the staff members showed not an ounce of understanding, kindness or compassion. It was a gang heard mentality of judging and much unconscious bias directed to me... disgusting unprofessional behaviour and the three staff members involved should hang their heads in shame...due to this incident I will never set foot back in this chemist ever...

Ive only been here once but I was served quickly and efficiently. A great experience in comparison with The Lloyds pharmacy by the doctors. Now Ive found this place I know where to come in future.
