Just started my training with James. Im very impressed, he is clear, positive, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic, he has noted my weaknesses, worked out a plan, and pushes me to improve, encouraging me to do that little bit more, that I would never ever do on my own, and I now Im starting to feel the benefit. He is polite and friendly. A pleasure to work with. I would certainly recommend James.

I had a personal training session today, it was very professional and informational, but to an extent that is easy to take in. You choose what you would like to work on, and instantly you are given exercises to do that will help you with your visions or goals. I am extremely happy and would recommend it to anyone with body goals, or just wanting to be in a healthier place mentally and physically.

Today I had my first personal training session with James. He was great at tailoring the activities to my needs and abilities and was very motivating to ensure I pushed myself and got the best result. Each activity was explained and modelled beforehand and James showed a wealth of knowledge when showing me how to adapt certain exercises to my needs or generally explaining how best to boost my weight loss! Highly recommend :)

I've had three sessions with James now, each one has been targeting different areas. James has been fantastic, his knowledge and the way he describes each workout and the purpose of those workouts is great. Also, given a program to work on in the days between. its even all laminated. He has also offered advise around diet and nutrition too. I feel really comfortable which is really important and can't wait for my next sessions. Thank you so much for your help and support. I hundred percent recommend
