        Lovely friendly staff, reasonable prices and whole experience was a pleasure. Service far superior to another high street brand (B***s)! From eye test to delivery of glasses less than a fortnight including a 4day weekend! Very happy with my new glasses and have received compliments on them

        After 4 years of headaches and had the lenses changed 3 times with incompetent Vision Express in Hornchurch , although having top notch tools , they were not having a clue how to sort out my problem , I've recently moved to Lutterworth and I gave the opticians another go , this time with Scrivens Opticians and to my disbelief they got it right the first time . I've explained to the optician my issue with Vission Express and everything sorted now . Many thanks
