        Absolutely mortified and how I was spoken to on the phone. I was shouted at to spell my name when I repeated my name then told its spells a different name and she pronounced it very wrong when I said no its ... and corrected her she hung up on me. So if you need to rent or buy good luck. If you would like to be shouted out and hung on then come here.

        Excellent experience with Bartram and Co as a rental tenant. Very responsive and friendly. I've rented for the last 12 years across the UK and have never had an estate agent go above and beyond the way they have (specifically, Trish). I can HIGHLY recommend renting through them.
