Phonecall from Shaun last Friday morning to say insurance would pay for new TV as our 3 year old Samsung had developed a fault and was still under 5 year warranty. New TV delivered that afternoon, always kind friendly staff.

Very dissapointed web site advertised loads of wall mounted fire places but when we went to the store in lutterworth they had about 5 fires non of which were any good to me
