I've had enough of your telephone appointments every time I'm told I missed my appointment yet you never rang I never get a miss call notification or a voice mail left. When I ring you blame it on me that I need to answer my phone.

Impossible to get an appointment. This practice has staff shortages but no indication they are doing anything to resolve the situation. Shocking!

Difficult to get an appointment, when you do they just push pills on you for something you didnt even go there for, for something you havent got, I feel like the patients are just Guinea pigs for the big pharmaceutical companies. It all starts from a blood test, then they tell you your going to die when you get old unless you take pills. Be wary if they recomend you to see a external consultant

Excellent supportive practice, particularly with our daughter. We always get to speak to a dr or get appointment despite the huge challenges faced by GP surgeries
