We've been unlucky enough to have to call on Hammonds three times in recent days for problems on our 8-year-old DS3. Each time, they've been absolutely brilliant and we can't speak highly enough of the service they've provided. Two of those problems related to the car's main lights 1. a headlight bulb, supplied and fitted really quickly and at a most reasonable charge, and 2. a problem with one of the front fog lights, which was sorted inside three minutes and at no charge - the connector had dropped off the bulb. Very honest of the mechanic concerned. The third issue was the replacement of the car's rear coil springs, which were both changed in an hour and at a huge saving against other prices quoted elsewhere. Hammonds service and MOT both our cars and we have the greatest confidence and trust in them. One of their MOT testers even found a fault on our other car which had gone unnoticed for seven years at three different previous MOT testing stations including the dealership we bought that car from.
