Our tree for the office has just arrived...it looks amazing really pleased, looks exactly as it did online! Super easy to order and the customer service team helped to organise delivery in our office which is quite difficult to access. Thank you! Would definitely recommend.

My tree arrived a day later than expected. However, when I phoned the customer service team they explained the problems they were facing internally and its understandable for a new company in their first year of business! JinglTree has done an amazing job and having the tree delivered made getting prepped for Christmas so much easier in a busy house hold. Their environmental focus is inspiring and its great to be supporting an eco-friendly Christmas this year. Ill definitely be ordering again for 2020!

We ordered our office Christmas tree. It was supposed to arrive yesterday at 9am. No communication, no apology, just automated email moving the delivery date. It has been delivered later today, but to a different address than where we ordered this to. Next year we will definitely go back to Pines and Needles as they can deliver on time and to the correct address. Absolutely disgraceful. If you need a tree, order elsewhere and stay clear of these guys.
