To look at our floor looks good but the prep work is not up to scratch. A week in and we can feel humps, dips and ramps under foot. It's so inconsistent. We actually raised this as a concern from the first prep visit and they did come back several more times to address this for us. It's better than it was after the first prep but far from perfect - and it should be level as it's a new room not an old house. We're so disappointed and already planning on getting it fixed properly in a couple of years when we can afford it. I'm really annoyed and gutted in equal measures. TWO YEAR UPDATE: The prep work has not stood up to the test of time as predicted. The vinyl has now started to sag in areas and looks so cheap despite the premium price tag we paid for this product. Revising my review to one star.

Brought a house where the flooring was done by these had defects had them back out to rectify issues they fitted the vinyl over existing one blocking in bath panel and even cut around the door stop that had 1 screw to unscrew would NOT recommend
